Digital service
Our memberships provide access to digital downloads. Because access is delivered digitally, refunds are generally limited to cases such as billing errors or access problems.
When refunds may be offered
- Billing error (for example, duplicate charge).
- Access issue where we cannot provide access within a reasonable time after you contact support.
- Unauthorized transaction (subject to investigation and applicable payment processor rules).
Timeframe
Please contact us within 7 days of the charge date to request help or a refund review.
Cancellations
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. Paid plans remain active until the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law.
How to request a refund
Email us with your receipt email address and the date of the charge. We may request additional details to locate the transaction and resolve the issue.
Chargebacks
If you have a question about a charge, contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution and can restrict access until the dispute is resolved.
