These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cheky website and membership services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What we provide

We provide digital planning templates (PDF downloads) and related membership access for personal organization. This is a digital service—no physical goods are shipped.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract and comply with applicable laws.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Plans, billing, and renewal

  • Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled.
  • Starter plan is $0/month. A card may be required for activation to reduce fraud. Your card is not charged for the Starter plan. A temporary $0 authorization may appear depending on your bank.
  • Prices and plan features may change in the future, but changes will not apply retroactively to already‑paid periods.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period for paid plans.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. If you have a billing error or cannot access the Service, contact us and we will help.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access accounts without permission, or interfere with site security.
  • Do not resell, redistribute, or publish the templates unless we explicitly allow it in writing.

License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use downloaded templates for personal use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheky will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do.
